Hey! Lots of friends on here ask about the step that I usually use (brand/where to buy, etc) so I wanted to give some info on the deal with that.
I typically use a Les Mills Smart Step. BUT**** I’m not necessarily promoting their step .
WHY? 1- they’re expensive (might I even say overpriced🤔) 2- depending on where you live in the world it may be impossible to get one, or take forever to get. At least that is what I’ve heard from several folks on here😟 3 - this one is especially disappointing personally: I’ve made attempts to reach out to Les Mills for a mini partnership where I would recommend the step, how to get it, let y’all know what I really like about it, etc., and get at least a small discount or something for y’all to purchase……unfortunately it’s been 🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗….so far🤨 Side note, just to vent, this just really bugs me bc I’ve been certified and taught for years: Les Mills Body Pump, Body Step, and Body Attack. Good thing I like freestyle step (aka what we’re doing on here) sooooo much better. It’s so fun doesn’t even feel like working out right?! Anyway, Im sorry this hasn’t come to fruition YET🧘🏼♀️😌. Who knows down the road! :)
