안녕하세요. 써니입니다. 너무 오랜만에 인사드려서 죄송해요🙏 잘지내고 계시죠?! 한국에 코로나 바이러스가 심각해지면서 자연스럽게 휴식시간을 갖는 도중, 제가 10월 한달동안 건강에 문제가 생겨서 병원에 입원하는 바람에 생각지도 못하게 오랜시간 동안 휴식을 갖게 되었습니다.
아직 체력이 원래대로 돌아오지는 않았지만, 간만에 인사드릴겸 이번주 12월 3일 금요일 저녁 8시에 zoom을 통해서 무료 공개 수업을 진행할 예정입니다.
Zoom참여가 어려우신 분들을 위해서 유튜브 라이브도 동시에 진행 될 예정인데, 유튜브 라이브는 저녁 8시 20분~30분부터 진행됩니다.
시간되시면 많이 참여해주셔서 함께 운동해요😊

Hello. I’m Sunny. I'm sorry it's been so long since I greeted you🙏 How are you doing?! While taking a break naturally as the corona virus in Korea becomes serious, During the month of October, I had health problems and was hospitalized, so I had an unexpectedly long break.
Although my stamina has not returned to its original state yet, to say hello to you, I will be holding a free public class this week on Friday, December 3rd at 8:00 PM(Korean Time) through Zoom.
For those who have difficulty participating in Zoom, a YouTube live will be held at the same time. YouTube Live will be held from 8:20 to 30 pm.(Korean Time)
If you have time, please participate a lot so let's exercise together.😊
