Why can I not contact anyone at TCGplayer? No number or email listed to contact anyone. Your chat bot is dumb, no one likes those things, seriously. You guys charged me for an order I did not make. $500 was wrongfully charged without me placing an order. I was given some excuse that Paypal and credit card companies have to authorize something first, and thats why it was charged? Just no, I never placed the order, should never have been charged. I can not get any help from anyone including my bank at the moment. I am not happy whatsoever with you guys and your website. I want help now--what if it had overdrawn my account? Very poor business decisions are being made if this is how you guys authorize transactions. It wasnt even the correct amount for what i was looking at buying either. Any help is appreciated!
