I finished my SoME4 submission! However, it is not a video, so I can't post it on the channel. It's instead a document, which you can read here: drive.google.com/file/d/1r8oghLYTh-GATWUwV0XUNrZRf…

This document is an introduction to nonstandard analysis, written as a conversation between several people trying to develop the topic for themselves.

Cool idea I've just read the first 7 pages or so but will come back to it later. It reminds me a bit of Donald knuths "Surreal Numbers: How Two Ex-Students Turned On to Pure Mathematics and Found Total Happiness", both in terms of the subject matter and presentation method! Definitely read that if you haven't already

This reminds me of Donald Knuth's Surreal Numbers in both content and form

I haven't finished yet but it is written really nice. I like how you used this different perspectives to really show why these definitions are chosen.

Wow ! I was really amased by the characterisation of Hausdorff and compact spaces. (I had seen in a logic course a raw abstract version of the same characterisation but without any mention of the link with ultra products) Your explanation was sooo much more insightful ! In general I loved the level of motivation before introducing a concept. The only thing that could have been improved, in my opinion, is to have a table of contents. Thank you so much ! Also you were the one to indroduce me to geometric algebra and this changed my life. Keep up, I love your work !
