Muscular Endurance is your ability to "keep going"... this is usually trained with low weight and high reps.

The Mugdar can be safely put in this category of Exercises. Plus, the exercise itself (also the nature of the equipment) brings in a serious amount of mobility & coordination into the equation.

Perhaps this can be explained as :
"Mobility & coordination focused muscular endurance training "

commonly called : Functional Strength Training.
