RecD TURBO UPDATE! We've got a LOT cooking for December, so let's get into it!
First, A KIRBY AIR RIDERS VIDEO! Gourmet Race (Air Riders Version) WITH LYRICS is a side-story for the KIRBY VS DEDEDE series that features Dedede challenging Kirby to a rematch via City Trial...kinda.
This one should be ready to go next week, as our FIRST WITH LYRICS VIDEO SINCE 2023! It's chock full of really silly gags and a ton of Dedede for all the Kirby Vs. Dedede fans, with Kirb returning as well to voice Kirby!
Next up is CATNAP CLAUS! In this Holly Jolly Minisode, Catnap is putting the critters to sleep on Christmas Eve...but Santa Claus was visiting to give them presents at the same time, so Catnap accidentally gases him too! Now it's up to Catnap to deliver the rest of Santa's gifts by Christmas day.
This one was actually an idea I had last year on twitter and REALLY wanted to do, but we already had the entire art team working on Unexpected so I had to hold off. Excited to say it should be out before Christmas this month!
Finally, a promise kept: I told the fans if Unexpected got a million views I'd do a Bye Bye There inspired original, and you all sure did get it there! I'M-A OUTTA HERE! follows Peppino and the other bosses as they escape from the crumbling tower of Pizza in a lively track inspired by Sonic R.
This one was scheduled for December too initially, but some health issues took a bit more of my time than expected during development, and it's got a TON of characters in it to draw (maybe more than unexpected did???) so it should be ready early into 2026, most likely January or February.
That's everything on my schedule for now, but FNF Musical (once i figure out where to take the main story), ENA and many other projects are still on the table for the future! The ENA song especially is fully arranged and is really just waiting on Dream Barbeque Chapter 2 to be announced to get finished. And, of course, you'll be able to hear a bunch more of my music, voice, writing & direction when Indigo Park Chapter 2 is finally ready!
In terms of collabs, there's a new episode of the RecD/@inubis shared universe critter series coming out on the 8th (THIS MONDAY!) that revolves around a Dogday/Baba body Swap plot, so you can look forward to more of my writing as well as voicework for Catnap, Dogday & Icky Licky in it! Thank you all so much for your support this year. Hitting a million subscribers is still unbelievable to me & I'm happy to keep the party going as long as I can with lots more music, entries into old beloved series and plenty of new ones yet to come!
