It's hard to believe we're half way through the summer already! Welcome to another month of being active and prioritizing your health. I've created two new monthly calendars (beginner and intermediate levels) and decided to include strength workouts as well (yes, because strength is important!). Just wanted to say it feels so good to be back. After a year and a half since my husband's cancer diagnosis, I'm finally able to get back to me. I'm starting slow. Seeing you and doing beginner workouts made me feel like I've come home. Hubby is doing well. Thanks Jules!! I missed your workouts.

Wow! I didn’t know about these calendars! Thank you so much!! This will keep me on track for sure! I e been doing your videos for a months now and I actually enjoy working out. I do them in the evening after dinner to lower my blood sugars! Ive lost 25 lbs and lowered my A1C with your videos and eating healthier. I tend to eat healthier when I actually workout!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Jules, I workout with your 70s and 80s videos a few times a week. Been doing it so long that when I hear a song on the radio that's on your playlist I know the workout moves! Ha! I do get strange looks on the grocery store when that happens. 😁 Still hoping for a country music one. Need Dolly, Reba, Pam Tillis... πŸ’• Thank you for helping me get in the best shape possible. Thanks Jules for all your hard work creating these amazing workouts and the calendar. Sadly Summer has been MIA in Scotland but ever hopeful we get some decent weather before the winter starts. As for now my aim is to stick to the calendar and get as fit as I possibly can.
