Make sure you get money from them due to loss of income, emotional damage, etc. They still say that they own the music, which they do not (from what I've heard). Should they truly be just a 3rd party claiming it on behalf of another, they can be sued for theft or fraud. Since they say it on here that it was their own music.

Update on Channel status:
After realizing that we were not going to pay and the time until channel shutdown was running out, APM (the supposed copyright owners for this song: Screw on the Loose) removed the Strikes and send us a new message (posted below).
We immediately removed all the songs they were claiming with the youtube Editing tool. They will probably try to strike us again, not sure if they still can and youtube will allow them to claim a song that isnt in the video anymore.
Being said, we are starting with uploads again on our regular schedule. Thanks for your support Watafakers!
