Probably just a fine premiere if not for Andy’s absurd antics elevating the entire experience. But, with about a third of the cast being invisible and many more only getting little snippets of personality, I’m not gung-ho about it yet

Why is it that every new era season have a few people that aren’t mentally stable? I get it if someone lose their mind after starving for 20 days. But people like Hannah, Brandon, Bhanu and Andy literally have melt downs in first few days. Why were they cast in first place?

I’m tired of the repetitiveness of the new era to the point that it made me stop watching the last few seasons. The only reason I started this one is to see Aysha play. The premier felt pretty generic with not too many standout characters yet (and one of the only ones imo being voted out), but I’m glad they got rid of Sweat and Savvy.

The new seasons feel repetitive with the young casts it doesn’t capture what early survivor felt like which was 20 people of different backgrounds and ages on an island.

Pathetic. No characters this season. We got just a bunch of average Joe's. There's 0 personality to this cast. I mean, you got Andy, and maybe Rome but he's just chaotic in a game sense, not personality wise. And as a direct result of there being 0 personality in the premiere, it dragged on and on and on. It felt like I was watching a 6 hour premiere with how boring it got

It's just ok, the premiere was ridiculously fast-paced and hard to keep up, alliances were made instantly and there were 3 idol hunts, and ofc the outcome of the boot sucked. Although I did enjoy seeing the new Journey and Idol format changes, and Gabe's chest falling into the camera was hilarious
