Name: Aetheria Sylvani (Aetheria, suggesting a connection to the ethereal or magical, and Sylvani, indicating a woodland or nature association) "From hues of earth and mystic gleam, Aetheria rises, a vibrant dream. Born of hand and heart's desire, A Dweller's spirit, set afire. With crystal horns and feathered grace, She walks a world of time and space. Jewel tones whisper tales untold, Of magic woven, brave and bold. Curious eyes, a roguish spark, In shadowed woods, she leaves her mark. A seeker's soul, with playful stride, Where nature's secrets gently hide. From crafted threads and painted skin, Aetheria blooms, a light within. Let creativity's flame ignite, And find your Dweller, shining bright." Scott&Cindy

Mystara seems like it would fit. An interesting idea would be for her to have a split personality when her dark magic takes over during battle.

Probably the purple-horned version, looks like it stands out more and could better reflect a subterranean or subaquatic character. The blue looks so soothing, unless using both and making them twins. The texturing on the horns and jewelry makes the character(s) seem so traveled as if collecting random items to show off their travels

Oooh, she's making both the mermaid- and magpie-sections of my brain happy. I'm inspired! How about Barbette or Barbetta? It comes from the word 'barb' and can refer to either the poky spines on a fish fin or mammal, or the filaments that form the vane of a feather. I mean, they're spiky, colorful, and linked with nature, so I thought it was fitting for the name to encompass multiple things. I probably put way too much thought into this, but like I said, I was inspired.

Looks really good. Never stop being you ❤️. I was honestly thinking Axl since it reminds me of an axolotl.

Miss Twisted
Thought you guys might like to see this little project of mine! What should I name this character??
Making crystal horns and feathery ears for a Dweller Character- I made this as part of a sponsored project for Alliance Larp (www.ny-larp.com) I've posted over on my Instagram. Also rather proud of the outfit as a whole which was part sewn from scratch, part heavily modified, part op-shop finds and a few items from my existing LARP kit!
Dwellers are beings with an innate tie to nature and the arcane, I wanted this character to feel bright and curious about the world and a little bit roguish above while keeping the jewel tones and browns to represent the nature and magic ties.
Since I made a second variety of horns there's a little test run of another version too. I'll have a Youtube video coming for how I made the crystal horns as I really was so happy with how these turned out! That video is a smaller one so it'll be over on @Misstwistedextra next week.
This post isn't part of the sponsorship, I just really wanted to show you guys cos I'm just so chuffed with how these looked!
