If, to you, “defending the marginalized” means defending the criminal illegal alien but not the unborn baby, your worldview is trash.

There has to be a clear definition of justice, and defending the guilty while condemning the innocent is not justice.

I agree- And yet if it's the opposite- it's inconsistent at best with the Christian worldview. I have no issue with criminals being held accountable and deported- but many hardworking people who have tried to ammend their situation have been caught in the middle. This is coming from a wife of a DACA recipient who has always been a faithful taxpayer and now a business owner, strong believer and husband and father. We have waited over 8 years to get his green card and still waiting. It is very complicated and every case is different and can be an arduous process.

For everyone getting offended you may have missed the word “criminal” before illegal.

Is not a matter of choosing one over the other. Is about the continuity of defending human dignity from the moment of conception until death. I am pro-life. I believe abortion is murder and will defend the unborn. My political support is decided upon this one key issue. Having said that, i can't be okay with the manner in which illegal Immigration is being handled. Im not defending criminals who are a threat to our society or saying that no border control laws should exist. We have a problem in-house, and the solution, in my opinion, is not by means of these ICE raids, in which people are being hunted like animals, at least that's how it feels living here in California. The vast majority of undocumented immigrants are here peacefully and are hardworking families and pay taxes. Many are our neighbors, friends, families, and faithful Christians. Because illegal Immigration has been an issue for so long, for many, their establishment in this country has been almost their entire life. I think a better way of handling this situation is to allow for a pathway of legal documentation for the vast majority of deserving people first, instead of having these ICE raids first, which in most instances violently separate families and create imagiable pain in the lives of many good people. I pray that God grants wisdom to our leaders for better solutions 🙏

How fulfilling preserving and growing the nuclear family is. How that is the "real" American Dream. How women can have this reality while still being employed. Being loved by a family 24/7 is a compliment to the 9-5 job. 💖
