I have a technical request. In narration, there needs to be an appropriate pause between each organizational unit, e.g.โ€œtopicsโ€ or โ€œfactsโ€. This is the equivalent of periods and paragraphs in written texts and is essential for structuring meaning. Without that, itโ€™s like reading a novel without a single period or paragraph. It forces the brain to work harder to comprehend, thus undermining the intended relaxing effect. Around 1-2 full seconds should be about right, depending on the overall pace of narration. Not sure what your technical production system is, but this should be easy to do. The content itself is very good. Thanks!

Could you do some shorter videos? Like between 45 minutes and 1h? So that it doesn't eat all my LTE when traveling ๐Ÿ˜Š
