That run and grab makes me so damn anxious ๐ especially as a short person, so much respect to the people who get it down to an art. Whenever an ingredient drops so does my heart in my chest

I've made roux many, many times using various fats as the base. Sometimes my sauces still end up looking kind of gluey and greasy. Yuck! Not always, just sometimes. What am I messing up when this happens?

I don't need next level cooking. I just want to be able to cook something edible with any kitchen.

Make your variation of a Banh Mi Sandwich, with lemongrass pork or beef or chicken, bar style. As a chef in training and a big foodie, vietnamese is one of my favorite types of cuisines, especially their Bun Bo Hue soup and lemongrass porkchops.

Pork chops. It's a cheap cut of meat...I keep over cooking mine. What are some ways to prepare that result in a juicy, tender chop every time?
