We are at CERN in Geneva for the next two days: What questions do you have?

Ask them how they start earthquakes.

What's with the giant statue of the goddess of death outside of CERN? What's with all the mysterious death that's continually happening over the years there? Did they end the world in 1999 and then again in 2012 and move us into alternate universes with CERN

Many black holes, have they’ve been able to create mini black holes with a collision.

@skookapalooza2016

Hey, why are you tearing holes in space-time with NO regard for the consequences? I’m sure you won’t get anything resembling a true or straight answer.

I am interested in synchrotron radiation uses ( for example determining cristalline structures )

Hi Ricky. Welcome to Switzerland. Ask them how do they mechanically set up such huge accelerator. I am sure it have to be extremely precisely built :)

Can antimatter become a clean energy source or will it be always too unstable and expensive

@johnsonrepp

Ask them for the truth lol, not the high school field trip information.

@biggerminds523

Questions.. how close are they in reality to produce long time stable running energy for use? It's just so much information from very bad to very good, but so far non is correct. And I've done my calculations 10 years ago with reading and calculations about problems and difficulties and I hade at best 2054. It's actually a a very simple equation of speed, heat and timing control. And today they are just about 58, 32, 17 % to achieve constant working energy. So what can they say?

Unless you are holding guns to their heads, you will not get any reliably trustworthy answers.

@JohnDoe-zr6bk

What is the practical outcome of this? What product has been invented that we can buy today, what technology researched there makes our life easier today? I don't see any applications of that "science" whatsoever until now ....

@irielive7834

Question. Is that the loop behind you? I thought it was all underground, to shield it from radiation. I'd say you're like a kid in a sweet shop right now, enjoy! 😆

The #15 Critical Thinking lecture; if you're able to attend, maybe post a comment on it's use and applicability?

What is the maximum design energy of an accelerator humanity is capable of building, and what hope do they have it would actually find anything?
