Additional notes:
Apply oil after everything else, can be whatever like vegetable oil. Just a little bit though; no precise measuring my mum normally puts in what feels right.
Tandoori masala instead of what I wrote lol.
You can leave this to marinate for the flavours to mix properly in the chicken or cook straightaway it doesn’t matter.
Rub in thorough.
Cook via the oven. Time is dependent on the chicken so just keep an eye on it to make sure each side is done properly. Maybe 15m per side. Make sure to put the meat on the lowest oven rack.
