Possibly could've given Rascal a stereotypical Brazilian accent but sadly we may never get to hear that happen lmao.

Hello all anime fans! Do you like the anime Akazukin Chacha? Would you like to participate in an English dubbing project? If so, you should be part of the Akazukin Chacha Redubbing Community! If you’re interested, comment on this post and I’ll send you my Discord tag as well as any further instructions, especially to check if you can make certain mic quality requirements and whatnot. Email can work too if preferred. We especially need to fill some female voice roles for the show like those who can sound like Chacha or Yakko. We’re also only looking at dubbing some clips and a couple episodes (at least one episode) as of now, so it’s very low commitment at the moment. Looking forward to meeting and working with you!!!
