My son and his wife. She has super straight won't hold a curl hair, and he locks that fall in perfect spiral ringlets, and he runs his hand through it and it's glorious. She and I both envy his hair.

When you wash your hair, let the soap / shampoo flow down to your face so that it can become your facial cleanser as well. If you want to be more economical, let it down further into your mouth so it can be your mouthwash.

I am a girl. Never i have done makeup or went to any beauty parlour. Always used regular cheap shampoos and coconut oil to my hair. A twice daily face wash with a regular soap is enough for my face. I am not into all the beauty standard crap and most indian girls are the same. Atleast 50 out of 70 of my friends who are Telugu girls are like me. I have donated my hair thrice. Which was below my hips all the time.

I stopped using shampoo and washed my hair less often and found my hair is so much healthier now. (Female). I also do use some tea tree oil sometimes for dandruff, and coconut oil to help with frizz.

As i girl, i can say my skin is better after i use hand soap than of the fancy face cleansers i would use. I probably would use it on my hair, too, if i was having problems with it, but my basic hair care is working rather good 😂
