I’d love to see how you balance a hybrid training approach (running and lifting) on a long-term basis! Also, maybe training for a half marathon where you have long runs on the weekend.

Obstacle course mud run. Whatever close next year to you. It incorporates cardio and strength. You could do as a team (the buff chicks hehe). Training for ocr is next level and there could be some really cool guests on ur channel for this. ♥️Its craycray
