Bench considering its relatively common to see natural powerlifters bench 5+ times a week, and in general higher frequency usually means more weekly volume

I think bench. Since it's typically the lightest of the 3, you probably accumulate the least fatigue of the 3, thus (following the fitness-fatigue model) your point of diminishing returns is probably higher for the bench than the squat, and higher for the squat than the deadlift.
