Getting up early for me honestly. I CANNOT WAKE UP NO MATTER HOW HARD I TRY TO. It's like my body CANT produce melatonin at night so no matter how early I go to bed I can't sleep until it's 1-2 AM ðŸ˜

I beat it once a day for health reasons, but I take two one-month periods to prove to myself I’m not addicted (NNN and NSS)

I do struggle with screens, but it's mainly for educational purposes and some entertainment as well.

Honestly I would say non of these only cause I’ve learned how to conquer and control myself with discipline and also I love waking up early taking a cold plunge doing 50 push ups and having a nice healthy breakfast.
