Getting up early for me honestly. I CANNOT WAKE UP NO MATTER HOW HARD I TRY TO. It's like my body CANT produce melatonin at night so no matter how early I go to bed I can't sleep until it's 1-2 AM 😭

I feel like all of these but my main one is gym, I find no motivation in going anymore and have limited access due to financial situations, i find myself using my afterschool gym as the only option due to normal gyms being 16+, I loose motivation easily any tips?

Honestly I would say non of these only cause I’ve learned how to conquer and control myself with discipline and also I love waking up early taking a cold plunge doing 50 push ups and having a nice healthy breakfast.
