Mix-It-Up - A Little Bit of Everything

Starting with a cardiovascular section, you can choose to do it with a non-stop feel or take breaks between the exercises as I demonstrate.

The second section is weights-based, but we will not do too many repetitions of any of the exercises.

A little bit of balance comes next, and if you need a chair for support, have it near you.

Finally, if you want to join in, there is a bit of relaxation, so get comfortable in a chair or lie on the floor.
