Thank you Lauren for developing the weekly workout plans. I used to just do my favourites but I now have more confidence and strength so the plan provides variety and also introduces me to workouts I haven't yet done.

Happy Easter, Lauren! I had a very very physical week having my two bedrooms painted, which meant dismantling and “remanlting” everything. I kept thinking about how all of your functional workouts were coming into play. Up and down the stairs dozens of times, stooping, lifting, reaching, bending. Phew, it was exhausting, but only marginally achy when it was all over! Never thought about how beneficial those workouts really are! (And the newly painted rooms look great!)

Thanks for the great videos! First time I've found videos I actually Want to do. At 67, with osteoporosis and poor upper body strength, I feel I'm learning a lot and getting stronger. Feeling good!!

Hi Lauren I have a question I enjoy ur work outs. Some I find manageable others not. I have restricted mobility mainly affecting hips and knees. Is there anything I should be avoiding? (I find I try to do a bit of everything but seated, mat and wall work are least painful). Thank u 🙏
