If you're looking to train alongside me, this will be the new training block I'll be running for the next 8 weeks inside my Panda training app.
Here's a quick rundown of what you can expect for this program:
- 5 day ULULU split
- High frequency
- ~1-1.5 hour training time
- Pure hypertrophy (SBDs will be available as an alternative if people still want them!)
- Exercise alternatives in case you don't have the exercies I do
