Goated ahh character, bojack is t2 in tv imo, and yes I scale him higher than don Draper, elliot, Jimmy, and many more, he is so relatable, and the view from halfway down is to this day my favorite highest peak of a character, and the thing he did with his ex is daughter was the most relatable part of his character imo.
