It must be a CARTOON. Anime is not allowed.2. You can dub over it with your voice, an AI voice or anyone you know the choice is yours. Just keep it TOS.3. The clip must be no longer than 30 seconds4. Dub can't be the same as the original. Make it funny, wacky, or take us on a good story5. Winner gets $$$.
