ngl I might start using the "macrocosm>microcosm" type stuff to scale, because my some of my fav characters get superbuffed in it. Might as well use Cs wiki as a scaling reference too

With this, 2 characters whom ive been wanting to bring into SCD, being Darrow o'lykos and Palpatine get superbuffed to the max.

Palpatine becomes galaxy(potentially multi galaxy) level
Darrow becomes solar system level

With this in mind, I now have Palpatine>Baku and Hal no diff(there are a million planets within star wars, so every single variable Baku and Hal deals with gets multiplied by a million, no diffing them in complexity). I also have Darrow above, as Darrow is operating on a macrocosmic system that deals with 8 planets and even more moons, which again no diffs them in complexity.

Is this W scaling?

@AlbinoKneecaps

Also, the 1 million planets is a low ball, as those would be "capitals" of a specific culture or system, Im using legends for reference.

@SlideTon

My dog uses insane and unrealistic Reasoning. When someone enters the elevator downstairs, she uses her unrealistic Sensory and olfactory EP to identify them and already knows the elevator is working even before it leaves the ground floor. Furthermore, she uses absurd Reasoning, inferring that it could be a family member (elevator working = someone using it = potentially someone arriving at our house). It's worth noting that this is done in a non-fixed scenario, that is, in the macrocosm, where there are infinite possibilities that my dog takes into account. I believe this is enough to solo characters like Ayanokoji and Akiyama in Reasoning and Sensory. What do you think?

You had me for a second there Palpatine only moderating a million planets? Pfffft, get a load of this guy

Caligula with his war on the literal fucking sea is smarter than Einstein by this logic.

W my Goat, that's definitely the best possible logic for an intelligence scale πŸ₯Ά

@Davey_74

Is this because of the Albino Vs Koji debate? πŸ˜πŸ™. Also isn’t this just coolness/aura scalin

@Predix64

Yeah, it's complete BS, it's a shame that some parts of community use that to buff their characters. Following this 'logic', a leader of a country making a simple inference based on some secret information he has would scale them higher than a genius student solving a very difficult riddle solely because scope of the topic of their reasoning is different (even though if they swapped places, the student would make the same inference and the country leader wouldn't solve the same riddle). The scope could be used at best as a measurement of pressure (due to responsibility) that a character faced which MIGHT buff their AC/EM (but that also depends on personality of a character).

Where do you scale Darrow in scd normally?

@cainhabil

I dont get this things about macrocosmic, i guess someone tried to use it to scale a character higher and its a horrible argument and now people is making fun of it, need context

Nicol Bolas victims. (His plan encompasses all universes in the infinite mtg multiverse, therefore his complexity is infinite and transcends human understanding so he no diffs)
