I truly believe in empowering mothers to walk alongside their daughters to help them navigate such a beautiful time in their life. I don't subscribe to the idea of "that's her business" we need to build better communities among women instead of widening the conversation gap between mothers, daughters, grandmothers and even cousins and aunts.

We talk about why she started her company, funding, and the dos and don’ts of talking to your tween about periods. She and her business partner (Dr. Michelle Williams) have funded $4 million dollars for their company and RedDrop is the recent recipient of the 15% pledge grant.
Dana believes “that tweens deserve period products made just for them and menstrual education that caters to empower and uplift them in their period journeys without bias and taboos! This is why I created RedDrop. It’s that simple.”
