Ingredients:

4 large flour tortillas ๐ŸŒฏ
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese ๐Ÿง€
1 cup fresh kale, chopped ๐ŸŒฟ
1 tomato, diced ๐Ÿ…
1/2 onion, diced (optional) ๐Ÿง…
Salt and pepper to taste ๐Ÿง‚
1 tsp garlic powder (optional) ๐Ÿง„
1 tbsp olive oil for grilling ๐Ÿงด
Instructions:
Cook the beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the tortillas: Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20-30 seconds to soften them.
Assemble the wrap: On each tortilla, layer the cooked beef, shredded cheese, fresh kale, and diced tomato. You can also add onions for extra flavor.
Grill the wrap: Drizzle a bit of olive oil in a grill pan or skillet. Place the wraps in the pan, seam side down, and grill each side for 2-3 minutes until crispy and the cheese has melted.
