Also, with Texas in the series, Pennsylvania is now the most populous unrepresented state, and Illinois is not far behind. (In third is Virginia by a considerably wider margin.) Hawaii is the least populous represented state so far; there are ten less populous states overall: New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, Montana, Delaware, South Dakota, North Dakota, Alaska, Vermont, and Wyoming.
