@TheEmeraldSpecter here’s what you should see at the bottom of the screen after clicking the plus to upload. Make sure ‘Short’ is selected. Another tip****if you’re trying to create a short from a video you’ve already uploaded on YouTube, then select the Remix button and that’ll allow you to basically choose a section from the video to upload as a short.
