is anything going on to cause this? i recommend just sleeping it off or trying to subside your mind with like…positive thoughts, i know its easier said then done, if that doesnt work perhaps try and make yourself a tea with taking short breaks from walking, (like using a rolling chair and stuff to sit down when u need too). hope these thoughts go away soon for u daisy

The getting dizzy could be head rush! You can try standing up slower :)) it’s also a common symptom of anemia

I’m gonna be so honest if I was feeling this I would drink some water, and immediately try to fall asleep and just hope that it’ll go away after both my brain and body get some rest and time to sort things out. Idk what on earth causes this, but I hope you’ll be alright /gen

Do you have someone that can play anything with you? Maybe watch something live together or just talk it out with to help you notice how you're not in the same mindset, place and conditions you were that year?
