How many VOTES did each lawful elector originally have under the original American republican system?

Americans used to understand that they had THREE VOTES and their weakest of the three was at the ballot box. Their second vote was their vote for grand jury members who were their responsible neighbors who would NOT allow the State to encroach on the rights of any accused Citizen. Their third and MOST POWERFUL VOTE was in the JURY BOX using the power of JURY NULLIFICATION in order to annul BAD LAWS of their elected representatives. But today, the people are too ignorant and think their only vote is a weak political vote. Their grand juries are State stooges that just rubber stamp any and all actions by the State and most 14th Amendment federal subjects of Congress avoid their most sacred and powerful vote by ditching jury duty any way they can, and it doesn't matter since 99.99% of 10th plank State public school indoctrinated human resources in commerce wouldn't understand the power of jury nullification if it was explained in a cartoon YouTube video for 3rd graders. America has been turning to SHITE since 1789, got worse in 1868, 1913, 1916, 1933, 1964, 1973..... hell even the United States supreme Court, Justice William O'Douglas, writing the dissenting opinion in Laird v. Tatum, 408 U.S. At 28,29 (1972) understood that America had turned to SHITE in 1972: “The America once extolled as the voice of liberty heard around the world no longer is cast in the image which Jefferson and Madison designed, but more in the Russian image.”
