Climate lads on tour! Climate lads on tour!

Was honoured to be invited back to 10 Downing St to have breakfast with Ed Miliband and a dozen climate creators (including ya boy Dave Borlace from ‪@JustHaveaThink‬ ) this morning.

We discussed how the department for energy security and net zero can more effectively engage the public on climate issues, and how we can build a two way conversation with experts and the public.

Met some truly inspiring people and definitely came away with several ideas for future projects!

Really impressive stuff from the channel recently! Keep it up, and btw would love a deep dive on how to do energy pricing in an ideal world at some point (any sign Miliband is working on this??)

I am convinced that a bit more socialism would be helpful in supporting grassroots climate benefits. I mean Labour should be Labour not following the immigrants are bad/rich people are wonderful and need to be mollycoddled trend. People who are struggling to survive pay less attention to what are, for them, the luxuries of choice.

Love to see creators being invited to the table on this stuff! Have you considered making a video about those proposed underground nuclear waste storage facilities? Apparently it's going to be more expensive than HS2 and I haven't seen any youtubers talk about it.

I'm a long time follower of both of you. Good to see those in authority listening to you.... I can't help wondering though, who did you borrow that suit from? 😉😂

Recently Gary economics was going back and forth about having a discussion with Labour, because its viewed as another party in the pocket of the rich, who just want publicity without changing anything. Do you have similar concerns about your interactions with the government?
