Dude. I get it. Ha congrats! Mine is tuning 3 in a month. Sleep training. Cry it out method. Listen man, that is the most important thing you can do by far. Routine same every night. No book no anything. Just blacked out room, sound machine, two different cams (we love our Nanit and it’s good for breathing monitoring) and then grab another cam like Infant optics or something for when that goes down. (Get one that doesn’t need your WiFi and also has a back up battery so still works if power out). Black out the room. Just diaper, swaddle, bottle sitting in darkness, set kid down in crib and duck(burp them too? Can’t remember. Maybe not always? Sorry been a while). Cry it out dude. Kid will start to chill. It works and you guys get sleep so you can take actual care of your kid. Then as kid gets older just keep em busy and they will get tired and want to go to sleep at bed time. Means going out and actually doing stuff and swimming and all that but that’s later. Get them tired and they will crave bed. Always do nap time. Never grow out of that imo. Our kid thrives.

As you know, I am a new father and I have been trying to pick things back up. Apologies for the slowdown.
