How do you know what your purpose is?⬇️ Here’s how I’ve come to understand it—based on my own journey, growth, and relationship with Jesus✝️:
1️⃣ Don’t box yourself in. Your purpose doesn’t fit into one. What you do will change. How you do it will change. Your purpose is ongoing and ever-evolving as YOU evolve. (ref. Matthew 4:19) . 2️⃣Pay attention to your desires and interests—especially as they shift. What do you care about? What do you enjoy doing? How are you most effective? …in THIS season of your life. (ref. Psalm 37:4) . 3️⃣ Ask God what he wants you to do regarding your desires and talents. (ref. Proverbs 16:9) . 4️⃣ Continue to inquire with him about it. Does he still want you to do what you’ve been doing? Let him direct—and redirect—you as needed. (ref. Proverbs 3:6) . ✨In other words: Don’t box God in. He can use you however He sees fit… if you let him. (ref. Ephesians 3:20) . . & Stay encouraged y’all 🖤
