Probably any attack from Pinwheel since most people kill him in 3 seconds.

The ruin sentinels have a attack where they jump really high while spinning and then slam you (like Gael) The DS2 gargoyle can summon lightning The last giant can drop down with his full body on you The pursuer can use a sword beam And there’s a attack where he hides behind his shield and starts poking you through the holes in it using his sword The rotten can puke oil on you

Stingrays in Darkroot Garden have a unique attack ONLY when they're standing in water (so you might wanna lure one to a puddle), where they spit mud at you or something.

King Vendrick has a ranged dark orb attack. I read about it but I have never seen it myself. Also, the Flexile Sentry has an attack I remember where the one that’s not facing you will suddenly throw their arms and attack. Like the sentry will lean down so the opposite sides arms can slam. Honestly can’t remember if that’s rare or not since it’s been so long since I’ve played D2.

Don’t know if these would technically count but. Andre’s unique fighting style. Elana from ds2 dlc has low chance of summoning pigs. Marvelous Chester sweep kick. Vagrant attacks, I guess. Though it more of unique than rare

Bed of Chaos can summon those falling fireballs. I've seen it only once.

King of the Storm (Nameless King's first phase) has this attack that sends out a damaging wind wave. I've only seen him do it once.

Don't know if this is really rare, but the Imperious Knights (shield door bois) in DaS2 have a very janky weird grab/slam.
