Sorry this is such a serious discussion from me: I want to apologize for my absence. Recently I was attacked and my belongings were stolen, making me unable to animate for maps and projects I owed art for. I was spending time with my fiancé when a group of five men jumped us and broke his jaw. They held me away while I had to watch it happen. They honestly could have killed him if I didn’t give them all my things and that’s what makes me feel so traumatized from the whole scenario. The past few months we’ve been in constant communication with the police and luckily they have found the guys who attacked us and stole my items. I finally have my drawing equipment back but I am dropping all maps and projects I have been in (even though I’ve most likely been kicked already for the silence). My fiancé and I just got married and we are focusing on each other and starting our lives together. Thank you to everyone who has supported me and my art. It’s meant so much to me and I’ll still be keeping up with these maps and I’m excited to watch the final project! I’ll probably still be posting art here and maybe even join some maps again in the near future. If you could keep me and my husband in your prayers I would greatly appreciate it. We are just starting out and because I had to leave art college due to this ordeal (my college was terrible to me); we are extremely poor right now and my husband is still making payments for the surgery he had to have on his jaw. I will probably be opening cheap commissions just to try to make a little more money. If any of y’all would commission me it would literally be a bigger help than you know. I love you all so much.
