Loving Vincent!!!! No one ever talks about it but it was animated completely from physical paintings!! That’s insane!!! 😭

The Tale of the Princess Kaguya should have won an Oscar that year. I've spoken.

Another movie that doesn't get talked about all that often is Wolf Children (directed by Mamoru Hosoda). To me, it's one of those perfect movies.

If I had to choose, I'd say Loving Vincent. All of them are underrated, but the other three have audiences that often sing their praises. Vincent though? Aside from this post, I've only seen one other Youtuber talking about it, so that definitely puts it as the most underrated of the four choices ^^;

Tale of Princess Kaguya left an impression on me even 10 yrs later it still haunts me so I'd say it's underrated today, but not 10yrs ago it was popular.

I didn't think I'd like Kaguya because it's so different from other Ghibli movies, but I ended up loving it ❤

ALL OF THEM! Every single one of them is severely under appreciated. But loving Vincent and the tale of princess kaguya need more love and appreciation.
