My go to is lamb chops with a Chimichurri sauce, asparagus, and yellow rice or mashed potatoes. Crowd pleaser.

Fried chicken, homemade mashed potatoes, corn on cob, fresh green beans, with Mama Schuberts dinner rolls. OR roast w/all the fixings and corn bread.

It depends on the guest, their allergies, diet or religion & the amount of time I have to plan out a meal. For example my partner brought his boss over for dinner a few weeks ago & we had halal bowls with garlic tumeric rice, grill chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, white cilantro sauce & red sauce. Followed by homemade pound cake & homemade coconut pistachio ice cream that I made a few days before for Sunday's dessert 💕

Honestly, it depends on the guest. Now, if I have to take a quick guess... probably fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, corn...and if you don't like it, eat cereal. 😂

I don’t have guests but when I’m visiting, I like nicely cooked chicken breast, fresh green beans and homemade mash potatoes 😂

Out to dinner, so that we can relish the time...it is too hot to do a lot of cooking; southern heat is awful 😓

We love to do a raclette. We include a wide variety of cheeses and cold cuts. I’ll have a side of steamed broccoli—because who doesn’t like melty cheese over broccoli (or anything?!) and a crusty bread. We’ve gone off also have olives and pickles and some fruit. Everyone gets to do what they like and the conversation never stops. Easiest and most relaxing night ever!
