My library bought a copy. I was able to read it while putting it into our collection. I loved it and would have loved to have books like this when my kids were young. I am on the wait list to read it to my grandsons. Thank you for all your sharing . I have truly enjoyed watching your shorts and videos. Congratulations on the newest venture.

This book is a gift to the world, beautiful in so many ways. That girl is me and every page was my life, except the end. It was the ending that gave me so much joy and hope for the new world you are helping to create for people like us. One in which we can celebrate and love ourselves without judgement. I cried tears of joy at the end. The artwork is fabulous ( I’m an artist as well, and a social worker ) . I cant wait to bring this to my grandchildren, the ones who have Ady in them too, and the others as well to help them understand us. Kudos Rox and Rich, and thank you so much for sharing your life with us.

Congratulations guys! I'm a teacher who works with children with special needs, including ADHD, and I'm always up for using good books in class. Also next month I'll get diagnosed myself at the age of 35. You helped me a lot on gaining insights about myself, so sending you a warmhearted thank you at this point! 😊

So happy for the two of you! You're doing wonderful things in this world and both set such an amazing example for anyone who's ever been told "you can't..." for any reason. Keep up the awesome work! -With love from Pennsylvania ❤️

This means so much! Kids need to see themselves represented in the stories around them. This is going to make so many kiddos feel seen and equally deserving of being the positive star in a story. Thank you Rox and Rich! I cannot wait to read this to my students! 😊 Congratulations you two on such an epic achievement - the world is truly a better place with you two in it! 🥰

This thought actually crossed my mind to write a book abt children dealing with adhd after being around my boyfriend who has it and I never knew but I experienced it first hand. I was really overwhelmed at first but the thought that maybe this would be a good topic to write about ….and wow here you guys are with a children’s book. Absolutely wonderful.

Hi. I'm here not to talk about your book (although congratulations are in order so: congrats! :D) but to thank you. Your shorts about living with ADHD led me to think I might have ADHD. Called up my psychiatrist (I've depression, so I have a regular doctor) for a diagnosis. First visit she interviewed me with ADHD diagnosis in mind, gave me a diagnostic test to fill before next visit. And well - I got diagnosed shortly before 29th birthday. Now I have meds allowing me to focus, which in turn allowed me to write again. I finally could start writing my book! And it's all thanks to you! <3 Sending love from Poland <3

Well done, you both explain ADHD and autism and show people what it is like living with ADHD and autism in a positive way. This book will help lots of people understand. You're both bloody brilliant. I will definitely buy a couple of copies and donate to primary schools.

I'm 25. I tried therapy for my adhd (diagnosed first time grade 3. But now, as a 25 year old I have borderline, diagnosed ptsd might be cptsd, severe anxiety issues, depression. You have made it easier to understand myself. Thank you. You explain and do it in a way that I can actually understand and stay focused long enough to truly understand the message. You have a way of really keeping me interested in watching. I'm not sure how many books you have, but I'd read them all. I love your writing style. I feel truly engaged. Sadly, I've dealt with addiction. I got arrested for the first time. Minor stuff, thankfully, in the grand scheme of things. I have a lawyer. Point is. Your videos truly help people of all ages, and so does your husband. Perfect duo. Much love from Canada 🩵

ADHD Love
✨ ADY & ME is out now worldwide 🌍 ✨
Our very first kids’ book… and it’s NOT about “managing ADHD.”
It’s about celebrating kids who are different.
Ady & Sophie will show you what it’s REALLY like growing up with ADHD…
👉🏽 Being labelled as naughty
😡 Being told to “just focus!”
😔 Feeling judged despite trying your best…
✨ … as well as the life-changing magic of being accepted exactly as you are!
This book is for kids who want to be understood.
And parents who want to understand.
Sophie & Ady can’t wait to meet you!
📚💫❤️
