These are cool, the problem for some of us is finding a good space to run it. Smooth pavement with minimal rocks and enough room to do top speed runs

Must be absolutely gut wrenching for the Arrma product team assigned to it. This is exactly why FOCUS groups exist to help preview an idea before it becomes commercially available. Best part of focus groups nowadays, it can be totally virtual and totally free. The FB groups did all the work for free, speculating and reacting to speculation about different prospective offerings, be it a 5th scale product or smaller, a buggy or truggy, Talion or Typhon, etc etc. and look what ended up happening, Arrma announced the car no one hoped for, a smaller than expected re-release on a car literally designed to go fast... So no surprise, it's able to go fast! But man, in what I've seen in the Arrma groups once the car got out of the bag, was pure and unanimous disappointment and frustration. Ouch, something totally avoidable using a focus group. Hell, Arrma could still save themselves by cancelling the product, telling everyone "jk" (just kidding) and scrambling to bring out a 5th scale Typhon instead... This is free advice from the Internet on what to build next! Just my 2 cents, I'm just here sitting on my couch with keyboard in lap. ๐ Next time, drop a fake product and wait for the reaction. Then spend the R&D to make it, if the sentiments are even half good. Unanimously bad... skip it

The only reason to release this is to make Traxxas mad like Iโd rather get the roller and add my own actually good electronics. However, if this turns into a manufacturer war Iโm all for it

It doesn't look all new maybe it is maybe they make some slight changes but it doesn't look like anything groundbreaking was done the biggest part is they put a 8s system in it which people have been doing for about 5 years now

A 120 mph rtr, thatโs crazy . Needs a big cation sign on the box like this is not a toy

Real stupid marketing. Announce a 5th scale typhon in the Quake video, then deliver something else that ain't even new. Typhon aside, looks like a cool release. But I'm still waiting for the Typhon.

We are just not in the right economic situation for anyone manufacturing to take risks. It shows in all the releases, no one is going out and shooting three pointers when they can just do layups from a different spot.

The โBigโ Arrma release: alnk.to/74xaQdu A new RTR 1/7 Limitless 8S Speed Run Car. Not a 1/5 Typhon like people were speculating. None-the-less, pretty cool, 120mph capable. Thoughts?
