Hi Autumn! What are some good high-protein substitutes for cottage cheese? I’m thinking particularly for breakfast. Dairy doesn’t agree with me. Even eggs (not dairy I know) bother my stomach. I’m having rouble filling that breakfast gap. Any advice? Thank you!
