The History Underground

I have a goal of visiting every presidential grave. Here's what I've got crossed off so far in no particular order:

1. George Washington
2. Abraham Lincoln
3. JFK
4. Andrew Jackson
5. James K. Polk
6. FDR
7. Benjamin Harrison
8. John Tyler
9. James Monroe
10. James Buchanan
11. Zachary Taylor
12. William Howard Taft
13. Harry S Truman

Just crossed #14 off the list a few days ago.

And here I thought visiting every ancient Egyptian obelisk in Rome was a fun “treasure hunt” to accomplish. You, sir, gave me an amazing US goal to accomplish. I hope this is going to be another video once you finish.

When you get around to doing Ronald Reagan, plan to take all day. His presidential library (where he's buried) is a fascinating place to visit.

Might I suggest a trip to Michigan for Gerald Fords grave and presidential museum, the USS Silversides museum, and the River Raisin Battlefield? If you need a local guide, ping me 😂

We've been working on this over the past several years. Probably about half way done. Taken us to a lot of neat, off the beaten path places.

If you are ever in the vicinity of Boston, you can cross off two for the price of one. John Adams and John Quincy Adams are buried in the basement of an old church in Quincy, MA.
