Ask them to gas you next time. I bite people who bring needles close to me because my phobia is so bad. When they gas you (it’s just laughing gas, so it’s not addictive or harmful), just close your eyes and wait for them to actually numb you. You won’t even know the needle is there.

Had to go to the dentist today to get a filling replaced. Had a panic attack as soon as they pulled out the water sprayer, and also when they pulled out the needle. Started crying.
