I would have to say the pork tenderloin medallions! I can't believe the sear that you got on those. I think we might be doing our new years day pork and sauerkraut a different way this year! ❤️❤️❤️

My first ever air fryer recipe I tried is still my favorite - Air Fryer Bell Peppers, Onions and Sausage Bake. I’ve tried several different types of sausage but prefer your Aidells Roasted Garlic & Gruyère Sausage. Since I eat Keto and have the tiny 2.1 Qt Cosori air fryer, I use mini sweet peppers and substitute whole cremini mushrooms for potatoes. I then assemble a base of mixed salad greens dressed with a vinaigrette over which I pour the air fryer basket contents. 😋

I know it is after the deadline, but my favorite recipe is the Easy Asian Beef and Veggies. Made this for my sister and she loved it so much that she went out and bought an air fryer so she could make it. I also have many other favorites. have never been disappointed with anything I have made from your cookbook.

The best for us is a pork tenderloin. I always keep one or tow in the freezer. We never get tired of it and the insta read thermometer makes it perfect everytime .

I have a great salmon recipe that I adapted for the air fryer. Pretty simple! Take salmon fillets, pat very dry, and rub with salt and pepper. Cook in air fryer until partially done. Top with a sauce made from mayonnaise, dill, and lemon juice. Finish cooking until sauce browns and salmon meets desired internal temperature. It’s still the BEST salmon recipe I’ve ever had. Oh, and the leftover mayonnaise sauce mixture tastes great on air-fried potatoes (the way you make them). Hope it works for you!

I love chicken legs air fried with the skin on until they are nice and crispy. Serve with your favorite sauce like BBQ. My favorite is the Buffalo Wing Sauce and Ranch dressing to dip them. (Wings are pricey and you don't get much meat, but legs are cheap, meaty and delicious.) If you want to go meatless, marinate pressed tofu and cut into cubes. They crisp up really nice when coated with corn starch in the air fryer. Serve with your favorite sauce like Panda Orange Sauce or Sweet 'n Sour. Yum!

CHICKEN LIVERS Chicken Livers (with the stringy bits removed), chopped onions and half tomatoes! The AF was pre-heated to 180*C. The chopped onions were cooked in a kitchen paper tray, with the halved tomatoes for 10 minutes @ 180*C (with a spray of olive oil). Then removed from paper tray and put to one side. The chicken livers were dredged in plain flour (and again sprayed with olive oil) before cooking for 5 minutes @ 180*C. Everything was then mixed before the final 5 minutes @ 180*C before serving. TBH the Chicken Livers were so rich and creamy that, in future, I will serve them with noodles, pasta, rice or even dry bread/toast!

Air fried Cod (thawed from frozen) with pork rind breading (panko). I process a bag of pork rind (original flavor) until I have a mixture similar to panko breading. Pre-heat my air fryer to 390°. Pat dry (as possible) with paper towels. Dip each piece (4) in flour with Old Bay seasoning, then egg (whipped with a fork), then into a gallon plastic bag filled with the pork rind panko. Shake the bag then take the coated cod out and place on a plate. I let the coated fish sit for a few minutes so the panko mix can bind to the fish, then place them in the air fryer and cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping half way through the cook time. Delish!

CHICKEN STRIPS • Coat chicken breast strips with Duke's mayo (or your fav mayo). • Pour 1 to 2 cups of Panko Italian breadcrumbs into a bowl. (The amount varies based on how many chicken strips you have). • Add 2 or 3 TBSP of grated Parmesan & seasoned salt if desired. • Roll mayo-coated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture. • Place in air fryer basket & spritz with avocado oil. • Air fry according to your air fryer's manual, flipping once.. NOTE: I cook boneless pork chops & chicken nuggets the same.

Brown Sugar Pork Chops are so good. They are what I tried on my husband when I first got my air fryer in order to convince him I could cook meat in the air fryer. Now he doesn't grill at all.

I have your big recipe book but I thought you are seeking NEW recipes. If it’s from your book, I like the mixed bell peppers, onions and sausage bake. It’s really just as good for leftovers!
