iOS 26.1 Beta 1 has been out few days and iOS 26 released to the public a couple weeks ago. iOS 18.7 has also been out a couple weeks as an alternative. How have they been for you? Are you seeing more bugs or has Apple fixed a lot of issues? Also, how is battery life? If you comment below, please include the device you are using and the version you are using on it.

I'm running iOS 26 on my 16 Pro Max and also watchOS 26 on my brand new series 11. I've actually noticed a lot more strange glitchy behaviors with strange sections of the phone with this update that I've never experienced with any other update that I can remember. I'm getting odd audio distortion through my Bluetooth speakers when listening to podcasts, I'm getting a strange static distortion sound when I send messages on WhatsApp. And strange stuff like that. I'm also having issues with the volume of my Apple Watch not being loud enough and I can't seem to get it as loud as my series 9 was. I have everything set as high as it'll go everywhere I can find and it's still not loud enough. It sounds like I've got it up about 3/4 of the way to the top but I have it all the way up to the top. So I am very much looking forward to the .01 update in the hopes that it will fix some of this stuff I'm dealing with which are not total dealbreaker but they are annoying as hell and I'm not used to dealing with annoying bugs like this on a major iPhone iOS update.

On IOS 26 on iPhone 13, my phone has over 1000 cycles, checked with Coconut Battery and 3utools, and since I hit the 1000 mark on 18.6.2, my health has dropped from 85%-79% in a month and a half. Still, my phone has no problems getting me through the day with about 3-4 hours of screentime. After the first few days, IOS 26 became very smooth

iOS 26.1 B1 performance is soo much better than 26 on my 16 Plus, but the battery life is suffering huge. I usually get around 9.5hrs of screen on time with 30% charge left, now its the same Screen on time with below 5% left.

14 pro max 18.7 has been working great for me. Holding off on updating to 26 due to issues you reported on. Will wait for the .1 or .2 patch.

I’ve been running iOS 26 on my iPhone 12 Pro Max for almost two weeks now. Everything seems fine. My original was replaced about 9 months ago and battery health and battery life have remained excellent. Browsing is unusually buttery smooth. Apps open and closes without any latency. No network connectivity issues nor dropped calls. Similarly no Bluetooth connectivity issues with my AirPods Pro 2. In addition no overheating issues either. Everything is functioning fine.

iOS 26 battery has been drained on 13 mini

My 13 pro ran like poop water after the update. A lot of simple features didn’t work like Shazam or limit frame rate. But after doing a full Restore and basically setting it up as a new phone it runs like golden Butter.

18.7 on my iPhone 15 Pro here. I’m not updating to iOS 26 until I’m convinced my battery life won’t be completely ruined 😅

I'm on an iPad10th gen public release of iPadOS 26, battery life has been extremely good for a 3 year old device although there are some occasional lags.

18.7 on my iPhone 13 feels like the most stable version of 18, my phone been slowing down ever since 18 so I didn’t update

@ISEEKSPACE

So, I firstly complained about the battery life on my Iphone 12 with iOS 26, but thankfully, the battery life seems to be working better. I did have to turn Siri off, which is fine and had to adjust the glass look of the phone, which I dont mind either. Also, background refresh is turned off which is great either way. I love how much cleaner it all looks and how the media sounds better and the pixels are incredible. So...I'm satisfied for now.

15 Pro Max running 26 and now that it's been a week or so, no real battery draining issues. I like the new look and feel of this update
