I received my copy last week. I'm blown away with the quality of the book! The recipes are just as stellar as expected. For anyone thinking "I don't need to get the book, all the recipes are on YouTube." I'll say the information in the section before the recipes is so full or great stuff it's worth the price for that alone.

Arnie, you deserve it. I just received my hardcover, and it's a great piece of work. I've been reading the Kindle version for a few weeks now, and while it's really nice, the HC is just beautiful. Honestly, this one of the best book purchases I've ever made.

I knew it'd be a best seller. As soon as I pulled it out of the shipping package and held it in my hand. Very impressive cookbook filled with excellent information, tips and mouthwatering recipes. It's beautiful in its presentation.
