Elliott Hulse | WISDOM

Why are so many high-performers quietly suffering?

Over the past six months, I’ve spoken with nearly 500 men on private guidance calls.

Same story, different details.

They’re smart. Successful. Driven.

They’ve got the numbers. The house. The audience. The team.

But when the calendar clears, or the launch ends… something catches up to them.

Silence.

Discomfort.

This quiet ache that whispers: “This can’t be it.”

I’m seeing it everywhere.

In my inbox.

In my YouTube comments.

In my circle of high-level friends and clients.

There’s a trend happening.

Entrepreneurs are waking up.

They’re realizing that hustle, scaling, and growth-at-all-costs leave something sacred behind.

And no amount of money, metrics, or meditation apps can fill that hole.

I’m doing some important research on these men.

So, I want to hear from you.

If any part of this feels true, click the link and share your story.

There’s no offer, no upsell—just a desire to understand.

I’ll read every submission personally.

And if it aligns with what I’m doing, I may reach out to interview you 1-on-1.

Let’s put language to what’s been missing.

Talk soon,

Elliott

I was one of them, until I found Jesus. I pray everyday now for him not to solve my problems, but to give me the strength to deal with them, to accept my cross. Elliot, my life has turned 180 degrees for the best. Accepting Jesus back into my life was the best decision I have and will ever take. Praise be the Lord ✝️

This was me back in 2022. Found Jesus Christ and my whole life slowly rebuilt piece by piece. No amount of ‘success’ or money was doing it for me. Jesus ultimately was the way truth and life as he says. Feeling whole and complete within. His love is supernatural and a relationship with him is what we all need. God bless 🙏

Nothing will fill that Christ shaped hole in our hearts, except for Jesus Christ the Theanthropos 🙏☦️

The point of being a man is to have children and take care of his family. If you don't have children and you are not taking care of your family you will always feel like something is missing

They’re craving JESUS!! I’ve accomplished so much but it never filled the gap, and how could it when that gap needs to be filled with the Spirit!!

I try to understand how can I be a more confident man , but the most important part is the focus how can I get the total focus in a conversation or in a class 😢, I pray for that ... Not much but I think that is important to have the conscious in the present not in people or feelings of the pas

It's kinda different for each man. One thing is they all can't see the problems that need fixing, because on paper it looks good. It's kinda like fixing vehicles, so maybe ask your dad to fix what I'm going to try to explain lol. So used vehicles all have diffetent wear, and need parts changed. Some are basic like spark plugs, tires, break pads. Other parts are bigger jobs and mught require removing 6 different parts, to change one little part with a new one, takes 14 hours. Each brand of vehicles has its own set problems and gains. With all of them you end up finding more and more parts need changed. You think you finally have it and then you need to change a caliper and wheel barings. There are dents, scratches, worn drivers seats, all you can really do is clean it up. Swapping seats and paint and body work are big expensive jobs. You can build cars from the frame up, takes a lot of time and money. Like fixing an old 60's car. It can be done, but it's a labour of love because you will never get back what you spent on building it. Dudes are like that. A macanic knows the shakes, shimmies, knocks, bangs, clanks, grinds, that says there is a problem. Drivers rarely relize what is wrong till its broken or not drivable. Ask your dad to explain that. I bet it makes total sense to him with fixing men.

Why they suffer is hard to explain. Why did you suffer? I pointed out all sorts of things I thought you needed help with, but you really didn't see it, and insisted on learning the hard way. You can unlock the key to all this within yourself. I've tried to love you like a cousin, in a Christian and appropriate way. Like the bible talks about. The kind of love you have for these men, that kinda love. Only you know what good things I've done for you, that's part of the key of what you want to know here. Only you know what it was that I've done that makes you give me a like now and then. I don't say this to boast or brag, I say it so you can learn and use that knowledge to help all the dudes. If there are parts of you I helped with, I think there are, that's the info you're looking for. It's hard to explain. The deep stuff you don't talk about, or maybe don't admit to yourself. My toddler is looking for places to stick her little people toys, distracted now lol

@demkillerus

What about underperformers who are too comfortable with underperforming asking for a friend of course
