HASfit

Here's some advice from Coach Kozak and Claudia.
Everyone wants “new” but your muscles want repetition 💪

Social media will tell you that you need a new workout every week, a new trend, a new hack… but your muscles don’t care about “new.” They care about consistency 💯

Sticking to the same program/routine might feel boring — but it’s how you dial in your form, strengthen your mind-muscle connectio, and actually lift heavier by allowing your muscles to master certain moves🏋️

If you want faster, more predictable results, stop chasing variety and start mastering repetition.

If you need a routine you can stick to, the HASfit App has many guided programs so you always know what’s next 📲

Repetition isn’t exciting… but your results will be! 🙌

@workbreakstretch

High fives to this message! 🙌One motto I like to use is: “Don’t overcomplicate exercise.” Basic exercises (squats, lunges, deadlifts, chest presses, rows) done consistently will take you farther than always switching things up or chasing whatever’s trendy

All of this is so true. Consistency is my biggest problem now that I am retired. I was so much more consistent when I was busier. I love retirement but have lost my rhythm. 😢

I so needed to hear this. With the constant "news" in our lives that in some ways lead to the possibility of stress or more stress, doing the same to master it makes sense and is like a breath of fresh air. Thank you❤

The hubs and I have been doing these workouts 4 times a week (I also run/elliptical 5 x) since May. Since I have added the weight training to my cardio, it's crazy but I have noticed that I get more joy from my joyous activities. That pleasure/pain teeter totter is really a thing.

Hey coach and Claudia, I'm 63 years old and been using you guys in your routines for years. I love you guys. Of course I have my favorite workouts and I usually do one of those every day, a 15 or 20 minute workout. Is this what you're referring to?

The problem I have is that my dumbbells become too light for me now, and getting heavier dumbells is expensive.

Well I think it depends on the person. Working out has to be enjoyable at least a little bit or you won't stick with it. I have a friend who takes her walks on the same route every day and she's fine with that. I would want to kill myself after a month if I did that. I understand the need for consistency but some people truly need more variation than other people do.
