He is an Gungenir Sparten, these Spartens are the best behind enemy lines and thei are the perfect suit for heavy weapons. 1709 size is 2.20m, bigger than the other spartens. In a fight with an elite He lost his right arm and is using an Robotik like arm. As you can see, he isn't finished. I stopped the project long ago. I drew some weapons for him.
